Bought TV online, got CANCELED the day before delivery with No explanation!!!

After receiving several confirmation emails as well as getting a call last night stating that my 1080 LG HDTV will be delivered today Monday, January 5th between 1pm and 3pm, my order has been canceled. I RESENT being "canceled" the NIGHT before my purchase was to arrive, which was already paid for via credit card 9 days ago. I need to be contacted and compensated immediately! Doubt that I will get any compensation because I can't even get an apology from customer service. They are just making excuses and talking circles!

 

We paid $799.00 and now the same TV is listed online for $999.99. These liars/con-artist do NOT want to honor the price we paid, so they canceled my order right before it was to be loaded on the truck.

I ultimately had my order canceled (different TV) after paying for the item as well. At first they simply cancelled my delivery date, when calling to find out why I was also sent in circles by the Customer Service Reps. Finally about a week later thay decided to let me know the order would simply be cancelled. It seems that there are alot of similiar stories throughout these forums...perhaps Best Buy should try to incorporate a better tracking/shipping system (after all they are an electronics store).
