Re: Black Tie Protection Issue (Please Respond) - Broken Evo

The general turn time for cell phone repair is 30 days. You must also wait 30 days from the date in which the service center (Touchstone) receives it (not the date in which you brought it in) in order to have them request an exchange.

Will you stop freaking out? Was it really necessary to bump a thread from more than three months ago to ask the OP to contact you? If you want to talk to them, PM them.

Re: Black Tie Protection Issue (Please Respond) - Broken Evo

what does it matter how i contact the OP? if i want to PM them i will, if i want to post on their thread i will. i was simply asking them for their point of view on the matter at hand, considering they had the same problem i did. its just about gathering information on it that is all.
