Good afternoon Sunshine22 -

 

As far as Robdabest3000 posts, they were calling people names and remarking about sexual orientations, which is of course not permitted on this forum.  Going against my better judgment with Trainedloser, I messaged you and asked you privately if you wanted me to remove his posts or not, as I felt in this one instance, I should ask the original poster as his posts were offensive to me, but the responses seemed to refute his posts and I left that decision up to you. Keep in mind this was the first time in the 201 THOUSAND  posts I have read since starting this position 2 years ago, that I have made the decision to ask the poster, and now I can see it was a bad one as you are still upset regardless.

 

Al porter's comments were removed as he/she had spammed the same message on multiple threads.  This is a violation of our Community Guidelines and as such they were removed.

 

Trainedlosers posts would have been removed as soon as I read them normally, and now will be removed. 

 

As long as members follow all of the Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, and Forum Guidelines which each member agrees to upon registration on these forums, then their posts remain.  The good, the bad and the ugly.

Hi CR_Client,

 

You are right, it was not worth reading, if it was vulgar. I am angry and have this far  been able to keep my tone to a few caps here and there. We are all adults and should be able to voice ourselves in a mature manner. I just wish that  someone would take the time and do what is right by me! There really is no excuse that makes the lack of attention of my local Best Buy holding my laptop ransom, to the harassment that I have received or the attempt to void my warranty  acceptable to me. I know you are just trying to give an unbiased opinion and that you are unable to resolve my issue. But time is of the essence, being my manufacturers warranty will be expired in just a few weeks.

Sunshine22,

 

Believe me I'm putting everything back in the box today. I will be contacting BB to make sure I can use the packing slip for the return. Based on their return policy,  I can but I want to make sure since the drive is 55 minutes one way and the weather is not the best. To bad I can only recieve store credit.  I rather spend the money elsewhere since I'm planning to buy audio equipment. I guess I can find something else to buy or sell the gift card to someone else.

 

I would wish for you a quick resolution but that period has came and gone. Wish you the best in your situation.
