Hi,

I went into the Best Buy South Setauket, NY store with product info got from Best Buy's website.  When I saw the product I wanted on the shelf, the shelf price was more than the price that I got on Best Buy's website.  I talked to a customer service person and they said that they don't price match the store's website anymore!! 

Can the store do that??????????  I went to the Commack, NY Best Buy, and they said that they do price match the Best Buy's website.

I know I could easily do store pick up, to get the cheaper price, but sometimes I would rather just shop at the store.

As long as its not clearance or a "Internet only" sale then they should

What's the SKU/Model number for the item in question? As long as the price match inquiry meets these guidelines, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to receive a price match. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
