The community boards are only good to inform others what terrible service they have received. Best Buy does not care about making customers happy just taking their money.

So because you didn't get a resolution that you had hoped for, you are immediately discounting any other people that have been helped or found resolutions to their problems via these boards.
Your perception, does not make it everyone else's reality.
Instead I would suggest stating what is really happening.
"I am upset that I didn't get what I wanted, therefore I feel this outlet is worthless, and the only way I know how to retaliate is to attempt to attack it's credibility, without realizing that what I am saying will get lost in the sea of posts. Whether my tantrum makes me feel better or not, is yet to be determined"

I have received several so called attempts to correct the issues I am currently dealing with and have dealt with employees and managers in person as well as the board. I also found information that the Attorney General of Texas will be very interested in having. You have your opinion I have mine that is one advantage I can express mine through this board you post what you want and I will post what I want.
