Best Buy has no clue what they are doing

Ordered a dishwasher and installation on Feb. 27th. Delivery set for 3/19and installation 3/20. Next email stated can't do it on 3/19. New delivery and installation date 3/22. On 3/16 email says installation on 3/20 (2 days before delivery). Called and told 3/22 installation with 4/2 delivery. IDIOTS!!!!!!! Don't buy anything from Best Buy (maybe battaries and DVD's in store). They try to handle big ticket appliances but can't.

Hi BBNOTFORME,

 

After reading your account of this, and looking at your order, I can completely understand why you would be disappointed with us. I have to agree that it makes no sense that we would re-schedule the delivery of this dishwasher to come after the installation.

 

I do see that we were not able to deliver the dishwasher on 3/19/2012 due to the fact that we would not have this unit in time for the delivery. The installation of the dishwasher should have been re-scheduled for a date after the rescheduled delivery date, and I am truly sorry this was not the case.

 

I do see that your order is now cancelled, and I really am sorry for how difficult this was for you. If you ever need anything specific from me just ask!
