That would be great if Best Buy was saying that I had the option of replacing my undamaged keyboard Repair service was telling me I had to have the keyboard repaired for any other repairs to be done to my computer. If I had actually damaged the keyboard I might have just left it there but of course I did not.
On Oct. 29th , Best Buy did send my computer , repaired , back to the store. They DID NOT REPLACE THE KEYBOARD!!!! That was all I was asking them to do in the first place so I don't understand why this all was such a big deal. Either way, the keyboard is not damaged and the computer is working just fine. Thanks for the defense of BEST BUY's bougus policies but sorry, they were wrong!
