If i bought the best buy warranty for my macbook pro and the computer is now damaged do i get my computer replaced or can i get another computer of equal value?

Do you have a Macbook Pro and if so, did you purchase a warranty? What's wrong/damaged? The Pro sells at $2400.00, may have a difficult time finding a comparable notebook. Not that the Pro is the end all to beat all but, it sure is priced as such. With that in mind you're into the business grade of notebooks, not the typical consumer grade items Best Buy is known for.

You get your computer repaired. If they can't fix it or it's not worth fixing, you'd get a comparable unit that doesn't exceed the original purchase price.
