I’m not sure why there would have been any confusion regarding your service plan coverage, but I can imagine how frustrated you must feel. Your disappointment at discovering that your Xbox 360 would need to be sent out for service is also understandable, especially if you were not aware of this or if you encountered any difficulties at your local store. Like I mentioned in my previous post, however, an immediate in-store exchange is not an option we are able to provide if you purchased your current Xbox 360 console and service plan after 09/13/2008.
