Close to 1 month and lie after lie my televison remains black. They charge me $259.99 for the service contract and have a snot nose kid lie to me about response time when I purchased the service contract...this company is an embarrassment. I have filed numerous complaints with Consumer Affairs and the BBB and soon with make my experience public for everyone to see...I am going to do everything in my power the let everyone know what kind of operation this is. The best part about it is I've recorded every conversation.
We all need to tell a friend and so on, the only way these people will get the message is to NOT shop at their stores plain and simple....I am a big ticket customer they will never see again

When you go public with your recorded conversations, please record it and put it on youtube so we can watch it.
