Best Buy Service-Terrible..simply terrible

Close to 1 month and lie after lie my televison remains black. They charge me $259.99 for the service contract and have a snot nose kid lie to me about response time when I purchased the service contract...this company is an embarrassment. I have filed numerous complaints with Consumer Affairs and the BBB and soon with make my experience public for everyone to see...I am going to do everything in my power the let everyone know what kind of operation this is. The best part about it is I've recorded every conversation.

 

 

We all need to tell a friend and so on, the only way these people will get the message is to NOT shop at their stores plain and simple....I am a big ticket customer they will never see again

HH Gregg or I even received better service from Wal.

I was disappointed to read about your experience in seeking service for your television.  Repair situations are always frustrating, even more so when there is a big event about to be broadcast.  I would be frustrated too!

Repair completion timeframes are not guaranteed under the terms and conditions of your Performance Service Plan.  We endeavor to complete every repair as quickly as possible so you’re inconvenienced for the shortest possible time, but there are numerous things that might delay a repair from being completed, including availability of parts.
