Try sending it out to the carrier, you'll be without it for a heck of a lot longer than with Best Buy......
Sent a phone into US Cell, was out for 4 weeks, it came back, and you know what, they hadn't fixed the problem.
They apologized, and sent it out again, another 4-6 weeks, it came back, this time, the keys were broken.

Now that's a heck of a standard to compare Best Buy with. In comparison to that, Best Buy is awesome. I feel so much better knowing that are other companies more incompetent than Best Buy...

I'm just saying that sadly Cell Phone carriers are not fun to deal with, at least Best Buy is trying, i'd take 30 days over 60 days any time.
