I am unable to secure the Best Buy specific rebate form for the current Frigidaire "Paid To Upgrade" promotion. I have contacted BB customer service twice by phone, they directed to my purchasing store then to the Frigidaire website. My local BB store did not have the rebate form and questioned why it did not print on out with the receipt, Frigidaire directed me back to the BB store then to the BB customer service number then to electroluxrebates.com site. I have also contacted the rebate fulfillment site without any luck securing the BB form. The Frigidaire promotion is on the Frigidaire website front page but the rebate form states "If you purchased your Frigidaire appliance from Best Buy, please see your local store for details or call 1-888-237-8289." I would appreciate your help in securing the form for this $50 rebate on the Frigidaire refrigerator FGHS2644KF, SKU# 9417339. Thanks.

Best Buy® is not currently participating in these vendor funded rebates. You would have received $50 off the product at the start of the promotion via a sale price. I apologize if you were told anything different. This is why Frigidaire’s website stated, “If you purchased your Frigidaire appliance from Best Buy®, please see your local store for details”.
