I have bought three $3000 tvs (samsung) from bestbuy and have accumulated about a 500 dvd/bluray collection not including video games etc at best buy, I am a loyal customer but I am tired of the customer service. I ordered three products at the same time from best buy yet only one has been processed but my card has already been charged for all three. On the receipt which i printed because im not an idiot and have dealt with your "amazing" customer service before says it will take 0-1 days for order to be processed this is going on business day number three and still 90% of my order has yet to be processed. For the one item i have received a tracking number says quote

Well I have a USPS confirmation number yet when I follow the link this is what I get
Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.
As a corporation you cannot afford to lose any consumers especially one as "generous" as myself Ive seen your stock ticker... lol, sad I KNOW, so if you expect to keep your consumer, if you expect your in store sales to turn apund after seeing a decrease (this being only my second online order the rest being in store purchases) if you expect to keep your jobs your C.E.O. Brian J. Dunn and your C.F.O. James L. Muehlbauer will make some serious changes to how impersonal the company has become or I promise you that you lost thousands of dollars in sales a year from me peronally plus my mom, my dad, my brother, my friends. Basically what im saying is If my order is not straightened out by saturday morning with a tracking/confirmation number for all 3 products that can be verified with location scans I will take my money to amazon. (sorry if thats a little to personal but theres a reason people are jumping ship for them) On top of that I will report this to the BBB and will retaliate in any other way I can for your betrayal of my trust.
I really hope I have misunderstood and that I have functional tracking and confirmation number on all three products but if not as the consumer I will do everything in my power to continue the trend of yor company losing revenue.
A loyal consumer you have charged without any return on your part...

still no contact from any customer support big surprise and streamlite's confirmation number for my order is still presenting me with and error... thanks best buy If i wanted an impersonal experience without any help from the company i would have gone through amazon and it would have been cheaper and shipped quicker my mistake for assuming someone would try to keep a consumer who has spent so much money with you

well i will take 3-5 business days before i decide to use amazon over best buy and stupid stream lite shipping i have no idea where my package is due to a stupid confirmation code with a error message when i click it

anyone who sees this post dont call that number unless you ask for a supervisor the person on the line will be rude to you for asking where your product is or how is it my fault you lost my item

I was able to locate your order using your email address and I see that the items shipped out within 2 days of the order being placed. Typically, once those items are provided to the shipper, it would then be up to that shipper to update their status for the order. I also see that the items were successfully delivered shortly after that. I hope that you are enjoying them.
