Hello all!

I got my Beats HD Solo White around christmas, and I was wondering if I could return my Solos and pay more and get the Beats by Dre. Mixr?

I really want the Mixr! The Solos does not fit me well.

You are past the return policy. May I politely ask why it has taken this long to determine that are not comfortable?

Yes, i found that the Beats by Dre. Solo never fit my ears well, and I was in the middle of deciding if I should get the Studios(saving money).

Then the Mixr just came out and I have enough money for it so I really wanted to get it.

Are there any other way to get the Mixr? Like store credits maybe?

I was sorry to hear the Beats Solo aren't working out for you. Unfortunately, you are past the return policy at this point. We try to make sure our customers are well aware of our normal return policy as well as our holiday return policy which ended on January 24, 2012. The store won't be able to take the Beats back as the system won't allow it. I will put the link to the Return/Exchange Policy below for you. I wish I had better news, but you are 3 weeks past the timeframe that we can take them back.
