I purchased my Beats by Dr. Dre back in February of 2010 and the corner broke The guys at Monster said I need a receipt before they would send me a replacement, problem is...I don't have it anymore! I was told I could contact bestbuy to get it reprinted....so I called the bestbuy store I purchased them from, lady asked for my phone number???? told me nothing was on file? Are you kidding me...I paid $300+ for these headphones...can anybody help me?

How did you pay for them? If you used a credit/debit card or have a RewardZone card, it's a simple find. Just go to your local store and they can print one up for you very quickly.

However, if you paid in all cash, don't remember the exact date you purchased them, and didn't buy anything else, it may be a bit more difficult. After the weekend a corporate employee should contact you through this thread and see how they can help you.

Well i just got off the phone with somebody and they could not find anything even tho I am 95% sure I used my debit card. Thing is I don't remember anybody asking me for my name, number, or e-mail. If i paid in cash I guess I am screwed...I will wait to see if one of the mods on here can help...but I am preparing to realize I just lost $350.00!

Like Dan said, as long as you paid with a CC/Debit they'll be able to find it. Or if you added the purchase to your reward zone account.

I would be happy to help you locate your receipt. Funny thing is that this weekend I also started having problems but with my recently purchased iPod, and remember placing the receipt in ‘safe’ place. So my mission this week is to locate the reciept, or simple visit my local Best Buy® store. I can honestly say that I relate to your frustration right now.
