BBQ GRILL order # {Removed per Forum Guidelines}

                     I PLACED MY ORDER FOR A SANTA FE CHARCOAL GRILL ON THE 12TH OF MARCH, DELIVERY DATE BY THE 21ST.  PLACED FIRST CALL TO CS ON THE 20TH,

WHERE IS MY GRILL, SAID ORDER GOT MESSED UP , GAVE ME A CREDIT OF $25.00, THEY PUT IN TICKET #{Removed per Forum Guidelines}.  SAID I WILL RECEIVE E-MAIL NEXT DAY. NEXT DAY NO E-MAIL.
I CALLED NEXT DAY, SAID ORDER WAS STILL IN WAREHOUSE PENDING SHIPMENT, GAVE ME $5.99 BACK ON ORDER.  CALLED THE 26TH,  CS SAID SOLD
OUT??????  STILL PENDING FROM VENDOR!!! OK #1 IF SELLING FROM A 3RD PARTY HOW CAN YOU GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE. #2 HOW DARE YOU AS CORPORATE
PUT YOUR CS’s THRU THIS B.S..   SO CALLED TODAY TO SEE WHERE IT WAS, STILL SOLD OUT REALLY!!!!!! SO NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK  AND THEY HAD TO PUT
ANOTHER TICKET IN #{Removed per Forum Guidelines}.  REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!  I AM ON WEEK 3. I AM SO UPSET THAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO ANOTHER BEST BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!
