I am really disapointed with BB. I was treat so badly at the store in Seekonk that I can not even explain. To be call a lier and trying to snick a different product inside a box it is really disgusting. I bought a printer with my friend Kennet {removed per forum guidelines} on the Black friday. Epson x110. So when I went home I opened the box and I could not find the inks that AT THE BOX says that comes with it. So I have to return it to Best Buy, right? When I get there, the person checked the SN and the printer had one number and the box another, They told me, in some level, that I switched the printer, since the box was sealed. In front of many poeple I beeing called lier, and thief in some level. So the customer service did not want to take the printer back at all, like this was my fault. So the situation got really bad and I lost my temper for real, since THEY CALLED ME A LIER AND THIEF, IN SOME LEVEL. So the police of seekonk showed up and looks like they were there to protect the corporation more than me, the one that was the victim. So BB told me that I have to call EPSON and deal with that, but I did not want to do, since I AM NOT A LIER AND THIEF AT ALL. I do not need to lie for $ 25.00 printer. So I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THE PRINTER RETURNED AND I DO NOT FEEL CONFORTABLE MORE TO BUY ANYTHING AT BEST BUY, SINCE I WAS TREATED LIKE A LIER AND THIEF IN FRONT OF A LOT PEOPLE. I can imagine how frustrated you must have felt to encounter difficulties exchanging your printer, but please keep in mind that we are unable to accept the return of products if they do not match what is listed on the original receipt – this includes both model and serial numbers.
I was pleased to discover, however, that an associate at our Seekonk, MA store was able to assist you with this issue after you made your initial post. Well, we spent more than $ 1400 in one shot at Best Buy and why we could evene think about it put another printer inside the box and waist my time and energy for $ 25?????? Do you think that this could be possible? We did not like at ll been treated as cheater, liers and more for sure. We thought about bring it back everything else and buy it again in some place else also and avoid Beste Buy for long time, as well our friends and more. The solution is not good enought for us since made us look like cheaters, liers and more. I believe that accept the printer that WE DID NOT put inside of the box, but the printer that CAME INSIDE THE BOX AS WE RETURNED it is not enough to cov er all the problems that we went thought for nothing. It is normal people spend $ 1,400 and fight for $ 25????? Is out there any research that confimr that is the most like behaivor for people to do and get some money back???? That kind behaivor for sure does not belong to us. We are honest, work hard and we respect people for real. Marco and Ken

You got the point right? I am still furious how much humiliation I got at the store, Beside english is not my language, I speak portuguese, so mistakes happens, but I never treated anyone like they did with me.

Bom espero que voce realmente fale portugues.
A forma pela qual fui tratado na loja Best Buy foir algo realmente humilhante.
Mais ainda sendo ouvido, visto e alvejado por varios funcionarios.
Nao tenho motivo algum para colocar uma impressora que nao fizesse parte do produto que comprei.
Esse tipo de atitude nao faz parte do meu carater e personalidade.
Um dos pontos basicos de minha vida e que me direciona e a honestidade e me senti completamente desrespeitado por mais de uma hora na loja pela supervisora.
no mais, acho que Best Buy me deve mais do que desculpas, pois fui humilhado, chamado de mentiroso e tentando passar uma mercadoria que nao pertencia a caixa.
Abracos, por favor deixe-me saber se voce prefere um portugues mais arcaico.

MARKENID:: Yes I know you can speak Portuguese!! I was jumping on the person that calls themselves "quitcrying" who was giving you a hard time for misspelling "liar". I found it annoying because, to me, it is obvious that you do not speak English as your first language and it seemed as though they were implying that you were not "smart" enough to spell it correctly.
