I realize this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but deusexmachina and Mbrguy are correct: your laptop would need to be sent back out for service if you’re still experiencing difficulties. If you aren’t able to visit your local store though, you do have the option of seeking support through the manufacturer itself or another factory-authorized service provider in your area. You can then seeking reimbursement for any qualifying hardware repairs under your service plan.
