Thank you both for all your help. I will atempt to return the laptop tomorrow. I will post how it went as soon as I get a chance.

There should be no restocking fee on this computer, regardless of whether or not it is defective. The only products that still carry restocking fees are Special Order products.

Thank you all for your feedback. I successfully returned the laptop today. I talked to a different manager at the store she told me there were no restocking fees; to my relief. I also told her about the manager that treated me poorly telling me that he would charge me the 15% restocking. She appologized for his actions.
