Here is an idea. How about answering the phone. I have just spent the last two days at different intervals attempting to contact local Best Buys in Gwinnett County (GA). Checking to see if the stores have a Transformer Prime in stock. Two of the mobility stores just ring of the hook, no answer. The big box stores are a hit or miss. Mostly miss. Spent 20 minutes on hold at lunch today, had to give up because my lunch was over. I spent at least that long yesterday. As a customer who values there time and money it would be nice to be able to talk to live individuals inquiring as to stocking levels. My success rate calling 4 stores was about 10 %. Too bad I have gift cards. I would spend my time looking for a store that is accessible.

Why didnt you just go on bestbuy.com and order the movie for instore pickup?

He's looking for an Android Tablet not a movie, and the online inventory isn't always 100%.

I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to speak to a store representative. I'll send an email to the management at the stores to make sure that the phone system is functioning correctly and document your situation.
Unfortunately, I checked the inventory for the stores in your area and it appears that the item is currently out of stock. I apologize for the inconvenience.
