I bought a Denon receiver & universal remote, scheduled the Geek Squad---installed 12-18-08 with insufficient installation and instruction. Bought the item from an established location since I had understood that"no one knows what they're doing" from newer location near me so guys come from that location. They DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! National scheduling thinks I should wait for 8 days for a "redo" The most absolutely awful service I've received from anyone!!! I won't bew buying either the new computer or tv from Best Buy next year!! Thanks for letting me vent! RMT
