Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

I happened to stumble on to this article about "How To Fix Best Buy". Which was published Online earlier today. Written by somebody that I have never heard of before, originally posted on a Website that I never heard of before, and then Linked on Yahoo.

Ever since Best Buys recent Holiday Season fiasco. It has become an attractive target for every would be critic, and self anointed retail "Guru".

Although I don't personally have any opinion on most of the suggestions that the author makes, for fixing Best Buy. They do make a few interesting points, that are probably worthy of discussion.

But before I add my own two cents worth, on the only 2 of the authors suggestions that I have a personal opinion about. ( Blue Shirts and Price Matching ) I am curious to hear what others think.  

PS - 

In a rare exception to my usual attitude. Even the Best Buy "Spin Doctors" are welcome to comment.
