I work in the HT scheduling dept. When a person calls in with this exact request, from Rooms To Go, we are advised to refer them to: 866-313-6282 for the delivery information. It's not something that we have access to in our systems. Since you have posted here, if this number does not help, a Moderator will be with you in 3-5 business days. Also, I would appreciate knowing what the result is from calling this number, so I know for sure that I have been told correctly.
