I tried for 2 weeks prior to christmas to set up appointments for the remote starts I purchased for Christmas. Left messages for the Riverhead Store and never got a call back or response.  I called today and was informed it will be 3-4 weeks for the installtion that was offered free?  I was told 3-4 days when I purchased the remote starts... now that I have purchased them..... 3-4 weeks.

I guess I should just return the camera, flat screen TV and computer that I also bought from them as well......

$4300.00 off my my Best Buy Credit Card..... onto PC Richards.  Poor way to do business and Pi$$ of your customers

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having difficulty scheduling an installation appointment! I certainly understand how frustrating it can be to wait several weeks for an opening, especially this time of year. Please keep in mind, however, that we can’t always guarantee immediate appointments for mobile installation – our stores only have a limited number of qualified mobile installation technicians, and demand in your area may simply have exceed your local store’s current capabilities.

Rest assured though that we do take precautions to minimize late cancellations and no-shows by calling customers the night before their scheduled appointment. If the first date we have open doesn’t work for you, simply call in the evening and ask if there have been any recent cancellations. You can even have the installation performed at another Best Buy® location with a mobile installation bay if you’d like, as long as you are able to provide a copy of your original receipt.

maybe that store is backed up with other appoints, see if u can walk into another best buy store near you and see if u can get a faster installation appointment.
