I am looking to hear your stories if you had to return or exchange an item and had the 15% restocking fee waived. There is a policy to impose a 15% rstocking fee on specific items if returned or exchanged. As with any policy in any organization, exceptions can be made. I would like to hear your story.

The fees are waived on a per-case basis, so one customer's story would have no bearing on or relation to your own.

1. What you are saying is that they ARE waivable?
2. These stories would have a bearing on my case, since I was told told this policy is strictly enforced and the fee CANNOT be waived.

I believe what Nokia is stating, is that with most any type of policy in a business, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
I would encourage you to work with Allan with this issue, and allow us the opportunity to see what we can do. ![]()
