IT'S AMAZING HOW LITTLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.
WE PURCHASED A CD ONLINE ---IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN ANY MARYLAND STORES--FROM ON 01/08/09. IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED. USPS TRACKING SHOWS IT ARRIVED IN MARYLAND AND WAS THEN SENT BACK TO THE COMPANY ON 01/18/09. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOTIFIED THREE TIMES; A MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT US EACH TIME. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED US BACK. HOW THIS COMPANY STAYS IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND EXPLANATION.
WE WILL ***NEVER AGAIN*** PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
