is best buy able to repair a headphone jack port and touch screen part to be repaired? if so can someone tell me how to do so. also if a new front screen can be replaced that would also be helpful. if possible please respond. and if you could give me a cost estimate and time for repair. thank you best buy you are probably my favorite electronic store seller people. i love your items.

Best Buy does not do repairs on the iPods. They send them out for rapid replacement and that's if you bought the BB warranty. If you want your device repaired you will need to visit a Apple store.
