ipod lock button stuck

so today my ipod lock button got stuck without me dropping it or anything, it's jammed inside. will best buy repair my ipod and does it come with a 1 year warranty?

It comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty and thats all unless you purchased the extended warranty through apple or the Black Tie Protection. But either way BB does nor repair iPods. You would need to contact Apple.
