Question about the iPod touch warranty.

Hi, I have a question about the warranty of my ipod Touch 4.

You can tell my English is not good but I'm trying to do my best to make people understand.

I bought the warranty of 2 years and last night my ipod fell on the sidewalk...so my ipod now has touch screen cracked.

I do have the warranty but I can't find it... My question is if there's some way on the Internet or the store to help you find the warranty? Like, the receipt. Like with the telephone number or something? Well , that was my question, Thank you.

Go to any Best Buy store they can locate the service plan for you.

----------ALWAYS check your purchased items for damage before leaving the store. If you never leave the store and check it in front of a employee it removes all doubt that you might have damaged the item.----------

Since the iPod touch has some kind of fault in it already, I suggest you contact the Apple Company directly since most online stores do NOT accept any returns on items that have damage done to them (a good example is War-mart).

The OP has the Black Tie Protection plan. Best Buy will take care of the problem at no charge. That is what the protection plan is for.
