I wanted to purchase a zune hd 32gb in store using the reward zone coupon, however it seems that none of the places in Arizona has ANY!  These reward zone coupons are totally USELESS.  It would've been nice if Best Buy had their buyer buy more than a handful so that Best Buy could've made some money off selling this product.  Why even have reward zone coupons when by the time you get them, you can't use them and when you find time to use them they already expired!  It would have been nice to get a zune hd 32gb and use this coupon.

Yes, it would've. However, as with any launch of a high demand product, they are hard to find. This is normal, and not something you should be upset about.

I'm disappointed that Best Buy didn't have the buyer requistion enough.  I wouldn't mind if the stores could charge me, I could use the coupon, and then I could pick up the product later when it comes in.  To date, I don't think I ever been able to use these coupons and just buy things at full price or go to competitors because they just expire to quick and you can't use them when you first recieve them in the mail.  It's just irritating to recieve these that which expire so quickly.

BB is not the only retailer carrying this product. Low stock is not the fault of BB. All channels need to receive product.

Yes, well, other Frys, Wallyworld, etc,  major stores has the Zune HD 32 gb back in stock around here.  Perhaps the other B&M had ordered more than Best Buy then?

Ah, thanks for reminding me!  I remembered I had a dell coupon for $30 dollars off, checked on them and going to buy it from Dell! 

Hopefully Best Buy will change their coupons so it is longer, or at least you can buy it from the store even though it's out of stock and can just pick it up when it goes through!

You can already do that. It's called in-store pickup.

I think what he's saying is he can't use the RZ coupon on BB.com, so they need to have stock in the stores to use the coupon.   You can only buy things in the store with that.   ("Valid only in Best Buy Stores")

I am in the same position.  I have a 10% coupon, plus 2 RZ certs.  I have been waiting over a month now for BB to have stock.  Walm@rt right next store has them in stock.
