My MP3 player will not respond to my touch

When I want to touch something on my Trio Touch 4 Media Player, it will not respond to my touch. Do you have any tips on to get it to work again?

You'd probably want to contact either the retailer you purchased it from, or the mfg.

Contact the retailer or GeekSquad, and buy an iPod next time.
