Can i return an ipod touch 4g, without the case or original packaging HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

i bought a white ipod touch. and dont like it. my mom got rid of the packaging and case. i have the ear buds, and charger. and the ipod is at factory defaults. i also have the receipt.
