Hello, I had purchased the above mentioned phone some 2 weeks back in Pittsburgh. I stay in India and the second (smaller) charger unit is not working. What is the procedure to return the product?

I’m sorry to hear that your VTech CS6229-2 cordless phone set isn’t charging properly. The procedure to return a product is to bring the item, in this case the entire cordless phone set, back to any Best Buy store along with your receipt of purchase. This return would be accepted up to thirty days after the date you took possession of the phone. Your best bet would be to have someone in the U.S. return it as we don’t have any locations in India at this time.
