i called the customer service for this question, they transferred me to sales, after holding for few minutes i gave up.

the question is-- if i order a regular delivery dishwahser (not special delivery), and have to return it,

a.  can it be returned? (i will save all the packaging)

b. will there be a pick-up fee?

c.  will there be a reswtocking fee?

Yes no no.

However, if you pay for shipping and there is nothing wrong with the product, in certain scenarios you don't get shipping back.

in case there is nothing wrong, expecting refund of the delivery charge will be unreasonable.
