I just purchased a Frigidaire Gas Range , model FFGF3021LW, from the Rockaway, NJ store. Yes, I had to return to the store once to obtain a sale price, with receipt. Kelley G. from customer service was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to assure me I would not need to return to the store for my credit.. which was applied after delivery a week later.
She did it over the PHONE!!! and w/o me calling back.. She remembered me !! OMG
The gas range was delivered on time and as promised... No damage, no nasty tale to tell..
Sorry your folks that might have been looking for yet another scary tell.. Just not going to happen today..
They did what they promised.... Yes, the hold time on the phone can be one hour when they are busy, but what do you expect! We are all looking for deals, and that's what they provide.
Yes, I will shop them again, Provided someone as intutive as Kelley.. or Kelli, or Kelly, is there to make the experience special.
