Best Buy's customer service is 2nd to none. I have been so impressed with them. Needed a new fridge, got it delivered the next day at no charge (Lowe's was going to charge me). Had a problem with it leaking water and they had a repairman at my house the next morning to fix it. Also, the delivery guys came by to see if there was anything they could do to fix it!
I honestly didn't know BB sold appliances before this - they are definitely where I will be buying my next one!! I'm so pleased.
