I think there is a problem with my GE washer

I just bought this GE washer a few months ago and just recently its been making a lot noise when it begins the washing cycle rotates and i the when i it doesn't completely fill with water when i put it on the water level option on "super"? I would like to know the problem if any and what i shoud do

Many types of washers that are high efficiency do not fill very much with water and it is hard to get used to. If you think it is actually broken you can call 1800geeksquad to arrange service.

Is this a front loader or top loader? Is the machine level as well?
