I ordered a Panasonic microwave online on black Friday. I received it last week and found it was damaged. I want to exchange a new one. Who can help me? Thanks.
You can call 888-best-buy, or print out a copy of your order and bring it and the microwave to a local Best Buy store and they can return or exchange it.
