I want to order a new stove and fridge online, but the checkout has no options to select hauling away the old ones.  Recycle program says Best Buy will do this, can I be sure the delivery guys will take my old appliances automatically?  I don't want to be stuck with the old ones once the new ones are delivered.

Good question! Usually the delivery team will take the old, but once you know the date and if they give you a phone number as a contact, I would confirm this with them. There are occasions when the old appliances are picked up on a different day, but as I said, generally it's the delivery team.
