Frigidaire Convection Electric Ranges

I am looking at purchasing a new Frigidaire convection oven and am in need of some help....when I review the product specifications for these ranges I notice a term that I am not familiar with....does anyone know what the term Sabbath Mode means...thanks for the help in advance....
