Just received a new Samsung Refrigerator. But it is less spacious than we thought. Can we return it or exchange for another model?

As long as you were within 30 days since the delivery date that shouldn’t be an issue. If the unit was a special order it would incur a restocking fee upon return/exchange. If you made the order in-store, please visit the store with your original receipt to set up an exchange.

If you get a replacement, make sure IT IS NOT SAMSUNG... see our horrible experience with a high-end Samsung refrigerator...

Getting a good electronics product like fridge, or TV set, is not a piece of cake. Sometimes it’s a matter of luck. While some are good and last for more than a year, others go bad even before a month. I guess you were even lucky to have a fridge that lasted for over 5 years. If you ask me, I will say you had a good deal with Samsung Electronics.

COMMENT: The foregoing is a throwback to the "caveat emptor" period of a hundred years ago. We have moved way, way past the days of "snake-oil salesmen", when we were "lucky" to get a product in good working order. Whatever happened to "Built to Last" notions?

COMMENT: This reflects an anti-earth, anti-ecological position... supporting the turning of massively assembled metal-and-electronics items into total junk in a relatively short period.
COMMENT: You may want to disclose your affiliations and connections if you are going to take such positions. It also behooves "Best Buy" to check such affiliations and connections. This is supposedly a forum for consumers, not for direct or indirect corporate spokespeople.

Replacement is possible within 30 days as well as the product should be very well condition.
