We bought an oven, frig and microwave about 2 years ago and we can't find any paperwork or even if we did purchase a warranty from Best Buy. Can we just go to the store and find out? The oven stopped working today

If you paid by credit card or with your reward zone membership then yes just go to the store.  If you paid cash its still worth a shot but will be a lot harder to try to find the info if they are able to.  Just be patient as its still the return period for the holidays and there will be long lines..
