We are building a new home and would like to take advantage of a current sale price on the appliances we are considering but would need to delay delivery until the close of the home.

If I were to purchase appliances how long can I delay delivery for?

You can delay for as long as you want.  I had a fridge that I bought once that they kept for like 4 months until I finally needed it.  I know their computer is only setup for like a month and a half out so I just had to call like once a month and push back the delivery date.
