I was wondering if I could upgrade a phone on my account at a Best Buy store as a member of the Sprint Wireless Advtange Club. I have tried to ask Sprint support and they said they weren't sure and I couldn't get a straight answer. I get an error when I attempt to place an order on the BestBuy site but not sure if it is relevant (says my account information is not correct).

Welcome back to our forums! Unfortunately the Advantage Club is exclusive through Sprint and doesn’t allow us to the ability to perform upgrades or modifications to your account. We can only preform actions on conventional consumer accounts and some business accounts. I apologize for the inconvenient.
