I just want to make sure to address the shipping concerns some of you may have. We ship out phones the day before release under overnight shipping. It is completely normal for your order to remain in a "Processing" status until it is ready for fulfillment. If under any circumstance we receive the approval to ship early, customers will be notified immediately and will receive a tracking number.
Please keep in mind this thread is not meant for complaints as it states on the first page, but is an FAQ where customers can ask questions regarding the phone itself, pre-order process, and so on. In order for your complaints and concerns to be addressed by a moderator appropriately, please feel free to post them as an individual thread.

This is really messed up if we can't get our devices on AT LEAST the day they go on sale in the stores when one can just walk in and buy one that day... Sure, BB offers up to $100 off but we're definitely not getting the Gear VR bundle if we don't get the device at least on the 21st... The S8 is breaking pre-order records which means that there are NOT enough Gear VR bundles for all pre-orders(Only 350,000 Gear VR bundles). With T-mobile already getting their devices a couple of days before the release, it means that A LOT of the Gear VR bundles will already be claimed. Also, if you buy from Samsung.com you will automatically apply for the Gear VR bundle and you'll get it the same day as your phone. Hence I wouldn't bank on really receiving the Gear VR bundle if our phones are not on our doors by the 21st, and even then who knows if all 350,000 bundles haven't been claimed with orders from Samsung.com and T-mobile combined. Apparently South Korea's pre-orders for the galaxy s8/s8+ have reached 1 million.
