In my case its sitting in a warehouse in another state . It wasnt delivered to a store, ordered home delivery. I'm 1 mile from a Best Buy store and 2 miles from At&t and verizon. I'm going to to drive past the Best Buy store and Verizon, and go buy it locally from AT&T and have it today. Not tomorrow, not May 25th. And Best Buy and Verizon have both lost a customer.

Of course they aren't going to do anything. I knew there was a reason why I never shopped there. The only reason I decided to go with them because they were offering less than ATT

Happy launch day! I know there has been complications and concerns with order statuses and arrival times. I have been working closely with our support teams to ensure all orders are being processed and released as quickly as possible.
As the day goes on customers should be receiving updates with shipping details and tracking information. I know some of you may have received an email reflecting a May 21st arrival date. That date is incorrect and should be updated soon as we work through all pre-orders.
For customers with in store pick up pre-orders, please make sure to wait until you receive the email letting you know your phone is ready to be picked up. Doing so will prevent you from experiencing any unnecessary delays.
I understand there has been some issues up to this point and want to make sure you know we’re working diligently to fulfill all pre-orders. I’m sorry for the frustrations and genuinely appreciate your patience with us.

You've got to be kidding me with this. Everything up to today was "don't worry, you'll get it today." Now that it's launch day I'm getting May 21 delivery dates and an implicit acknowledgment that delivery will be late. Terrible.

My order that was supposed to be picked up today and still says processing with no date! This is unbelievable. At least give me an estimated date! I will never order for best buy again if we receive no compensation. Probably going to miss out on the immersive package too so losing out on 500$+ and getting the phone later than promised
