As a reminder, all pre-orders set for in store pick up are unable to be released until the official release date of 4/21. You should be receiving an email as your order is processed and is ready to be picked up on Friday. They cannot be released any sooner. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to respond!

My order status still says processing? I was told delivery by the 21st but no tracking. Is there still a glotch with online statuses

My status on your app, website, and phone system say ready for pickup on 19th. I just wasted my lunch hour to pick up phone and not get it. After I pick it up tomorrow, I am no longer shopping at Best Buy. Your customer relations are terrible!

What's the point of saying ready for pick-up then Javier? Also people getting delivered today is still breaking street date is it not? Poor service Best Buy.

I seriously wish I would have checked here first before taking an uber to best buy during my lunch break just to find out my phone really isn't ready for pick up. 😑😑😑😑😑 Hopefully the pancakes I'm about to eat at IHOP soothe my frustrations.

Trying to be positive. . . at least I will FINALLY have my phone by tomorrow and won't have to deal with the glitched and confusing status system and unapologetic/ condescending BB crew who talk down to us all as though it is our fault their screwups have confused us. 

 

I think this would be more tolerable to everyone and we may all be more accepting, if Javier and crew would at least appologize for BB's glitches and conflicting info, rather than talking to all of us as though we are idiots.

Anyone who ordered for in-store pickup see any movement on the order status page? Mine still says Processing.

I got an email to come to the store tomorrow to pick up my phone. I have never been able to get the site (even as gues in incognito mode) to show my order status, but I ordered from within the store. As long as you got the email, I don';t see any reason that you shouldn't be fine. You can always call them to confirm the email was correct.

WOW...HORRIBLE customer support.  First time I've ever bought a mobile phone through BestBuy...and will be the last time.

 

My order has been in 'preparing' for the last 2 days.  I called yesterday because I wanted to try and get real status due to all of the complaints of the system not being entirely accurate.  Come to find out they had an issue with the SIM card and preactivation off my phone.  Been on the phone like 5 times for probably 30-60 min each time since then and finally got the issue resolved.

 

Then...with all that, they are shipping the phone froma store 300 miles away (even though there are 2 stores within 15min from my house).  And hopefully it will ship today...but the problem is that it is shipping via standard ground service.  So I won't get my phone until at least Monday.  I begged and pleaded to upgraded my shipping to overnight so I could still get my phone tomorrow (will be out of town all next week) and they woudln't budge.  Kept saying they can't upgrade the shipping service even though it hasn't even shipped yet.

 

Can't believe they are so limited with no options to truly take care of their customers...especially when they screw up.

 

So now I won't have my phone on release day.  I'll miss out on all the advantages/perks of the pre-order.  What's the point of pre-ordering a phone when you lose out all any pre-order perks and still get the phone after release day???
