This is a quote from page 1 of this thread. See the underlined. They are supposedly getting inventory ON 09/15/2017, but people working at Best Buy already stated that they have units in the warehouse ready to ship. This means that Best Buy will stick with their automating and will not go out of the way to fullfil pre-orders early. Which means they don't give af.

Why can all verizon preorders get they're phone shipped to them already, already in they're hands , yet we cannot come pick ours up in store. I preordered the 25th and my brother preordered the 28th thru verizon. He has his. I still have not 1 update yet

My verizon account even lists the Device ID so I would assume there is a actual phone with my name on it preparing to ship as stated on the BB site.

All the smart people knew to pre-order from other places.

 

The other outlets have 2nd wave order delivery dates of October, so it would be smart just to keep the Best Buy pre-order. I would recommend keeping this pre-order. 

 

 

The smarter thing to do would be to never pre-order anything from Best Buy again.

My pre-order just went to "preparing" for status and my card was charged today.  Maybe we'll get lucky and see early shipping too.  I'd be crushed if we found that we got ours too late to get the Samsung offers.

I just called Samsung arguing my case on how unfair it is for promotion sake considering everyone has different delivery dates and the promotion is limited. I asked for supervisor and honestly they kept putting me on hold and coming back with no garuantee of items. Finally the lady tells me "that I will still get my items" but honestly it wasn't certain. I think they just wanted to get me off the phone honestly. I'm a little offput by the way Samsung and BestBuy is going about this. Kinda has me second guessing my pre order all together...smh

I like how they answered the one question on the contract and the new order for a service company but no one elses questions on what is going on. I just called Samsung and they told me that the phones are shipping tomorrow. I ordered from Best Buy cause I could not get on the samsung site cause of it stalling. I ordered right at 12:01AM on the 24th. Heck to me we should be getting our phones like everyone else. I will not pre order from Best Buy again if I end up missing out on the promotions and it is after the 15th of recieving my phone. I usually have good luck with Best Buy and ordering form them. This is a disappointment.

They haven't responded once to any of our concerns. i'm an elite member and spend good money with them a response would be nice! It's easy to take our money and business elsewhere as well as tell others about our experiences. Social media today is impactful.
