in your instruction, it starts from doing this from my Note 8, since I don't have the phone yet, is it correct that I can ask for the gift only after I receive my phone?  I have a Note4, can I do it with my Note4? 

 

Also, can I pay the difference to get the 258 GB Micro SD card with Best Buy?

I have been trying to preorder all day. Everytime I try to log in to see if I am eligible for an upgrade (which I know I am) it says it does not match what Verizon has. However, I know for a fact I am entering the correct info, as I have changed everything in Verizon and then reentered the new ones.

Cell Phone Pre-Order Cancellation

Looking to pre-order the Note 8. If I get it from you and need to cancel before receiving it, can I do that? Is there any kind of penalty if done before shipping/receiving? Thanks.

i was wondering if anyone could tell me the difference between the unlocked Note 8 and the verizon note 8? 

Are there any features/ i would be missing if i were to get the unlocked. 

I just want to hear peoples opinions unlocked vs verizon

If you get unlocked you don't get any of the nonsense bloatware.

 

But Samsung doesn't push out updates as fast as the carrier units. From what I read unlocked users will be a couple months behind on major updates.

 

I have an unlocked preordered. I HATE THE CARRIER BLOATWARE.

Why can't you have the 150 if you buy unlocked and pay the price off the bat instead of when making payments? Also wondering I saw some places online that said preorders will get their phone a couple days before being in stores as a benifits of ordering early is this correct? And when should I have my phone by? Thanks

weipingw- Correct, once you receive your Note8 you can complete the instructions to redeem your free gift. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay the difference and upgrade the memory card through us as the promotions is fulfilled through Samsung directly.  

 

Kier23- I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing complications creating your pre-order. Our system cross references the carrier’s database to verify all information submitted. Have you attempted to visit your local store to have our Blue Shirts attempt to create the pre-order on your behalf?

 

Calikid8181- By pre-ordering and activating the Note8 you qualify to receive up to $150 off the full price. This is applied to the total price which should reduce your monthly payments.

 

gebigoma- At this current time I’m uncertain of when live models will reach our stores. I’m hoping soon and I will be certain to update the FAQ once I have that information.

 

Robertkrista- Unfortunately the $150 promotion is exclusive to carrier activated devices. I’m sorry for any disappointment. We are currently anticipating to have our customers receive their pre-orders on the release date, 9-15-17
