Re: Samsung Galaxy Note7 Product Withdrawal

My local store has no phones available to trade my note 7 for I have called every day and told none. I have verizon and I want either an s7 edge or an iPhone 7 plus 128 gb. The store tells me also they can not place holds for them. I am getting frustrated

Re: Samsung Galaxy Note7 Product Withdrawal

Hey cmichsaint,

The store is correct that they should not be placing a hold on either of these models in their store. You could just return the Note 7 and hen purchase whatever phone you want on BestBuy.com. With that said you could be waiting a bit to receive the new phone as most Note 7 owners are opting to replace their Note 7 with one of the two models you mentioned.

Re: Samsung Galaxy Note7 Product Withdrawal

Does this include the Samsung Gear VR which I no longer need (and is no longer compatible) since no longer have a Samsung phone?

Re: Samsung Galaxy Note7 Product Withdrawal

I have a question I have a note 7 with verizon and when i got it I got a $150 gift card for doing the installment plan. once i return my phone how will that work since i dont have the gift card anymore? I know most of the time when you return something that was tied in with a gift card and no longer have it it just gets deducted from the amount u paid but in my case and everyone else we are being asked to return the phones due to issues thanks for any info

Hey dreski,

The Samsung Gear VR is not a Note 7 accessory, and would need to be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date you took possession of it.
